One Week $350.00 or $400.00 + tax + utilities

Two Weeks $600.00 or $675.00 + tax + utilities

Three Weeks $850.00 or $950.00 + tax + utilities

One Month $1040.00 or $1150.00 + utilities

All Park Model Homes listed for sale are also available for rent.
Higher rental rates include patio cover and carport.
All resort amenities are included in the rental, plus pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Bring your own towels and linen (queen size).
There is a no smoking/no pets policy in rental park models.

There is a NO REFUND POLICY, however, a RAIN CHECK for a future stay valid for 12 months from original reservation start date can be issued, and contingent upon availability. New reservation will be based upon current rates. Effective May 1st, 2008, Guests will be responsible for paying for their Electric and Propane usage.
